Where are we located?
We are on the outskirts of Torpé, about 3 km from the centre, a quiet location in the midst of greenery.
You can get there either from the motorway exiting for Posada/Budoni and then continue in the direction of Posada, turning again before the curve in the direction of Cuccu Etzu, you arrive passing on a secondary road all asphalted up to the villa.
The location is truly wonderful and appreciated. In fact, not far from there is a centre which offers its clients
chromotherapy and aromatherapy, horticultural therapy, yoga and meditation, nature trails, workshops all closely connected with nature.
A place that conveys inner peace and contact with nature.
The nearest beaches are Posada, Orvile and San Giovanni.
There are other houses in the area, many also inhabited all year round.
For shopping, one arrives in the village Posada or Torpé – the distance remains almost the same.
Those who know the area know that about 1.5 km away a nice lady offers fruit and vegetables from her garden, all organic, in a stand all year round.
Description of the villa
