Where are we located?
Li Teggi is located about 5 km from San Teodoro. It is easily accessible from the junction for Nuragheddu and from there you arrive, passing on a completely asphalted road, after about 3 km directly to the flat.
The area is quiet, in the midst of nature with a beautiful panorama towards the mountains and the sea.
There are several clusters of various houses/apartments, also inhabited all year round by many people.
The others are used as second homes or holiday homes that are either rented directly by the owners or managed by hotels.
The nearest beaches are La Cinta, Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi
San Teodoro offers plenty of evening entertainment, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, nightclubs and discos.
Horse lovers can enjoy beautiful walks along the beaches and the lagoon only 10 minutes away.
Or admire the flamingos in the various lakes in the nature reserves of San Teodoro.
About 15 minutes’ drive away are Porto Ottiolu and Budoni. Two locations equivalent in beauty and importance to San Teodoro itself.
Flat description
Li Teggi, a small locality, consists of several groups of terraced flats.
The flat we propose is located on the ground floor.
The exterior
It is not accessed from the street, but you drive along a small private driveway, where there is also a parking area, and walk along a path to reach the entrance to the courtyard and its small garden.
This is a great advantage, because you avoid the passage of cars and people, while remaining in complete privacy.
The covered veranda is very spacious and equipped with table and chairs, a very good space to enjoy the evenings during the summer.
The owner has placed mosquito nets on both sides and is in practice in a FREE fly and FREE mosquito zone.
The veranda has also been arranged with a provision for an outdoor kitchen, a very convenient storage room for all the equipment needed in a house, and a built-in cupboard for a washing machine and boiler.
In the small garden there is a provision for an outdoor shower with hot water, a 2000 litre storage room and a small house with a shutter for the gas cylinder.
The Interior
You enter the spacious kitchen-living room, this has been divided by a wardrobe wall into two parts.
At the entrance we immediately find the relaxation area with sofa and then a wonderful fitted kitchen with all the conveniences you could wish for.
The house remains furnished, apart from for private items and the kitchen table and chairs.
The kitchen has a provision for inserting a stove or fireplace, simply open the connection to the chimney.
Air conditioning is located in the living room and in the hallway, which cools the entire sleeping area.
The first bedroom has a double bed and the second is the small bedroom, currently used as a private study.
In between is the bathroom with a beautiful and spacious shower.
It is interesting to know that in the small bedroom a provision has been made to create a service bathroom in the room.
A house certainly ideal for living there all year round, but it could be put to income immediately if you want to think about a nice investment.
